Founding Water Hygiene Management in 1995, Philip has over 30 years industry experience. Philip is a full member of the Water Management, with senior membership.

Philip is extremely proud of the achievements our employees and the reputation of Water Hygiene Management within the service industry. This has been achieved through commitment, hard work and vision. Philip is particularly excited to orchestrate the changes necessary for Water Hygiene Management to build upon the last 27 years and meet the challenges of the prevailing business environment.

The reward from customer satisfaction and loyalty has permeated Philip’s business life. From the early beginnings working in the retail sector then after university, moving into education. The drive has always been to promote learning, fulfilment, and reward. Philip’s transition into business came through self-funding his Master of Business Administration. He was able to draw upon his work experience in education, accountancy,  environmental services and the responsibility and challenge of voluntary commitments to provide the grounding and confidence to launch Water Hygiene Management Ltd.

Outside of work Philip enjoys following Harlequins Rugby Team and Liverpool Football Club. He maintains his support for Streatham – Croydon RFC. Supporting Macmillan Cancer Research and Action Against Hunger.

Dom joined Water Hygiene Management in 2020 having previously worked in the industry since 2008.

Dom joined as a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, being responsible for client relationship management and general operations.

Dom is a highly experienced expert in Legionella Management and Water Hygiene having worked across UK and many parts of Europe.

Having started in the industry as a Legionella risk assessor, Dom quickly progressed to be a high risk / high level consultant within the healthcare (hospitals) and industrial water treatment (cooling towers) industries.

Dom has extensive knowledge of ACoP L8, HSG 274 Parts 1-3, HTM04-01 and other relevant guidance.

Dom is a full member of the Water Management Society and is active in the industry.

Outside of the workplace, Dom is a proud father to three boys, he is a keen paddleboarder, tries to play golf and is very involved supporting his local football team as a youth coach.

Nathan has assisted in revolutionising the way that WHM is managed with the introduction of our new online portal and supporting both the senior leadership team and engineers in the field.

Nathan has worked within the water industry since 2016 and offers a wealth of knowledge and experience within both water hygiene, legionella consultancy and water treatment that can be shared with both our clients and field staff alike.

Outside of the workplace, Nathan is a keen mountain bike rider and jet ski enthusiast, who is often found off the Dorset coast, weather permitting.

Since joining Water Hygiene Management in 2004, Ross has progressed through the company starting as a water hygiene technician to now be the company consultancy services manager. His commitment and knowledge of the water hygiene industry has led him to have a proven track record in quality control, operations management, and has completed detailed, precise, and high-quality legionella risk assessments within varied properties across the whole of the U.K. Ross now also works closely with the senior management team, with account management, customer liaisons and support whilst assisting in training new and existing members of the WHM team.

Outside of the workplace, Ross is an active fundraiser and volunteer for The Children’s Trust charity and is a very proud father of two young boys.
